We do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice; clients should consult a qualified CPA, attorney, or financial advisor for those matters.
Engagement & Scope
The specific scope of work, software access, and fees for each client are confirmed after a free consultation and outlined in a separate engagement agreement or quote. Pricing is based on transaction volume, number of accounts, platforms, and complexity.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely access to relevant accounts, documents, and information needed to complete the agreed bookkeeping work.
Confidentiality
We treat client financial data as confidential and only access accounting software through the access a client grants directly, which can be revoked at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle website data.
Limitation of Liability
Prime Bookkeeping Solutions performs services with reasonable care and professional standards. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or from decisions made based on financial reports without independent professional review.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement with written notice, as detailed in the individual service agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Prime Bookkeeping Solutions’ place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [To be confirmed / reviewed with legal counsel given our US and UK client base.]
